Why Early Malay Mastery Matters and How We Build It
Dear Parents,
We’ve seen it time and time again, children entering Primary 1 without a strong grasp of Malay often struggle to keep up, especially in comprehension, writing, and oral communication.
At Edufront (through our Pusat Bahasa Nusa division), we understand how vital these early years are. That’s why our Preschool Mastery Programme focuses on building core skills that support your child’s success in Malay and beyond.
Building the language skills your child will use for a lifetime.
Our Malay language programme is designed to prepare our young learners for this new phase. With a thematic approach, students will acquire vocabularies across different topics. Each thematic lesson will also include a phonics guide to provide the necessary reading skills for young learners.
The structured coursework ensures students are gradually introduced to the demands of the Primary 1 syllabi, preparing them for what they will encounter in P1.
At the end of the programme, students will be able to:
1) Develop strong foundation in reading and comprehension, oral communication and writing skills for a smooth transition to primary school
2) Develop a wide range of vocabulary in different themes and context
3) Write sentences and paragraphs which are grammatically correct
4) Develop a positive attitude towards learning and overcome challenges
Our curriculum is developed based on the latest MOE syllabus, and covers everything that’s tested at the Primary level.

More than academics, we nurture the mindset and attitude needed to overcome challenges in primary school. Let’s give your child a confident, joyful start to formal education.
Warm regards,
